Hello, my name is Ken Cope and I am reinventing customers’ perceptions of the home services industry with my company, Reborn Roofing.When my partner and I started Reborn Roofing we wanted to change that stigma of poor service in the home and commercial services industry. My team made an oath that we are going to do what we say we will do and we will do it when we say we will. If something prevents us from doing this, we will stay in touch with the customers to keep them posted on the status of work. Additionally, I made the commitment that we would never leave a job until we knew the customer was 100% satisfied. We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure this goal is accomplished. We feel that if we do more than what is expected, it will lead to a win-win situation for all parties involved. From helping customers bring groceries inside, to filling up bird feeders, to blowing leaves off long driveways, we’ve always looked for ways to provide an excellent experience for our customers.

My name is Brett Kittleson and I’m a partner with Ken Cope in Reborn Roofing. Graduating college during Covid I found myself in an unfulfilling job. That’s when Ken approached me about going into business with him. I grew up in the same neighborhood and have been friends with Ken’s family for years, but I didn’t know much about the roofing industry. Therefore, I was confused as to why Ken wanted me to join him in this venture. Ken explained to me that he was looking for a partner that he could trust. More importantly, he was looking for a partner that customers could trust.I’m ecstatic to be a part of Reborn Roofing because every day I’m able to help customers with the process of their roof replacements and resolve customer issues. It’s such a joy to pull away from a property and know that our best efforts have solidified lifetime customers.
